When you work out and stay in shape what you dont want is a shirt thats fit around the arms and baggy in the stomach area. It seems like companies do that so one size fits all.Young L.A. shirts are soft strong and they strech. They are not too tight to make it look like you are trying to show off to hard. Also you won't have a problem with your nipples showing through this shirt.Another problem that's this shirt fixes is if you have big arms, and shoulders you shirt doesn't become a belly shirt even after washing. They don't shrinkOver the last 2 years I have given these shirts no special treatment. I have washed them dried them in the dryer with other cloths. They still look and fit as the day I brought them.Great shirt. I own 2. Usually buy from their site unless its a sold out item. Wish there sizing was constant.
