This is a really nice quality shirt! It looks and feels like nice quality. It didn’t bleed at all when I washed it. It didn’t shrink (when using cold water and lowest heat setting). It feels nice on. It doesn’t feel hot or heavy even though it feels like a thicker shirt. The shirt fits well. It has a comfortable fit to it - not too snug, not too big.?ACTUALLY 100% COTTONA lot of shirts I’ve gotten from Amazon that are from random brands like this say 100% cotton but then arrive and either the tag literally says it isn’t 100% cotton or there’s no tag saying what it’s made of, but I can tell it definitely is not 100% cotton. But, with this one, it definitely IS 100% cotton!?QUALITY FEELThis is a thicker feeling cotton shirt. It has a heavier feel but doesn’t feel hot when wearing it. It just feels high quality to the touch given the thicker feel of the material.?NO TAG INSIDE AT BACK OF NECKI always like when there’s not a tag at the back of my neck! This just has a kind of logo imprinted on it that says, “KOWBEAR” and then it has the size (“L” for me since I got a large).?FIRST TIME HAND WASHING IT, NO COLOR BLEEDINGI hand washed this before wearing it the first time to test it out to see if it bled (I’ve had other dark colored shirts I’ve gotten from random brands on Amazon just bleed like crazy where they didn’t stop and I had to throw them away, so I always test my shirts now!). It didn’t bleed at all!?NO SHRINKING SO FAR WITH PROPER CAREWith anything containing cotton, it’s normal to shrink (due to agitation, temperature, and fiber). The more cotton it has, the more it can shrink. Since this is 100% cotton, it’s definitely at risk for shrinking (due to extreme temperatures and various agitation types from washers and dryers). The best way to prevent shrinking is to wash items by hand using cold water and then hang it on a hangar or lay it on a flat table surface to dry. But, who has time for that?! If you don’t hand wash, use cold water, delicate wash cycle, and the lowest dryer setting possible.Since hand washing it the first time to make sure it didn’t bleed, I have machine washed and dried it a few times using cold water, delicate cycle, and lowest heat setting and I didn’t notice it shrinking at all.This is a good, basic T-shirt that is well-made. The material is a standard, thick cotton that should hold up to quite a bit of wear. It went through the washer and dryer on hot water and high heat without shrinkage or any seams coming loose.My main con on this shirt is that it runs very large in the middle with a true-to-size length. It's very baggy on my husband and, while he says that the material itself is comfortable, he doesn't really like wearing it as he prefers more fitted shirts.Overall, if you don't mind a baggy shirt and just need a good, basic tee that should hold up to daily wear, this is a good choice. It doesn't really have any outstanding features, but it is made of good material and does what it needs to for a price that's on the higher end of fair ($19.99).This is a conventional all cotton shirt but lacks the traditional soft lay cotton feel. Instead, the material is a very hard lay that fails to conform to the wearer’s shape as with older style material t-shirts. The weave is quite dense as well, meaning it’s a bit warmer around the torso than softer, pajama like material would be.The cut is slightly large around the shoulders meaning that combined with the stiffer material, some awkward folding of the shirt when the wearer raises his arms. The material doesn’t break inboard of the shoulder joint nearly as well as conventional material does.In addition to the slightly wider shoulder area than is usual in a size L received here, the length is longer than commonly encountered in a t-shirt not claimed to be for the big and tall market. While the length will be there for the life of the garment, I expect the shirt to soften after several washes. I put it through a single agitator wash. It came out the same as it went in.Overall, I prefer the softer, pajama feel material for a t-shirt but feel this one will give good service and better as it breaks in over time.This is really not a T-Shirt per se as it is a very heavy material. It is nice that it has no seams on the sides, unusual. Being in Florida, I would have to wait until the winter months to test wear and tear. But, I have washed it and it held up. Size is slightly smaller than typical. I only knock it one star for the thickness and slight size variation, but other than that, I feel the material will last much longer than your typical "T Shirt".Once the weather cools down some, I'll update you!I needed a plain white T-shirt mostly to wear under other shirts with long sleeves. There isn’t much you can say about a plain shirt other than this one fit the bill. It is well constructed and fit well. I can say that I am impressed with the sturdy construction and the material is quiet thick so it is nice as a stand alone piece that is not see-through at all.This is a sturdy, well-made t-shirt at a reasonable price. The lack of side seams and a neck tag are nice touches that make these more comfortable. The elastic at the neck makes them easier to pull on and off. The colors are accurately portrayed in the ad copy.One note about sizing. The ad copy suggests you choose a larger size if you want a loose fit. My recommendation would be the reverse: if you want a tight fit, order a smaller size. If you order your usual size, you will have PLENTY of room.I have a pretty defined chest myself and typically order medium or large but this medium looks like a large on me. The arms as well. I have a decent bicep circumference but this shirt makes them look smaller.Perfect t-shirt to throw on when you're on the go. Easily dress up or down with this shirt. Lightweight, yet not super thin. Didn't shrink when washed and did not tear up. Worth the purchase.
